Squash Court Complete Work

Squash Court work includes Hard Plaster, Mapple wood flooring, Sound board, Squash Court Wall Painting, Back Side Glass Wall and Marking.

Squash Court Mapple Flooring

Surface Board:- Made of kiln Seasoned (moisture containt of approximately 14% at the time of dispatch), Treated Maple Wood finished with 21mm thick, 57 to 83 mm wide and in random length in tongue and groove shape, the edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove and treated with special anti termite and water resistant lacquer. Maple wood is the hardest of hard wood and is the recommended wood for Basketball, Lawntennis, Badminton, Volleyball, Squash court. All major tournaments are played on Mapple Wood Flooring only. Maple wood is the hardest of hard woods and is the recommended wood for squash court.

The Under Frame:- Made of commercial quality pine wood runners of 65mm x 45mm , Treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 10 to 20mm thick air cushioned pads, stappled through the two wings at 300mm x 300mm.

Hard Plaster System

Supply and Application of Hard Plaster System meeting specifications for Squash Court laid down by "World Squash Federation" (WSF). The hard plaster system consists of 2-3 mm. Due to extremely hard nature of plaster a slight uneven color distribution may be seen once the plaster has dried, this doesn't affact the strength or integrity of the plaster and must not be considered as a defect.

Back Side Glass Wall

Supply and installation of approced free standing glass wall made of 12 mm thick toughened glass with four panels, 1 door, 4 fines, fixtures and fittings and all the materials required for eracting the glass walls.The height of the back glass wall will be 2130 mm above the finished floor level.

Sound Board

Description:- (7 feet x 18 inch) x 3 Nos; Tin board of 18 gauge
